These Terms explain how PitLabs works and what you agree to when using it.

PitLabs provides a Windows desktop application and web portal that acts as an AI race engineer and telemetry analysis tool for sim racing.

1. What PitLabs Is

PitLabs is a subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that integrates with sim racing titles using their official telemetry APIs or shared-memory feeds.

Supported Titles:

• Le Mans Ultimate

• iRacing

• Assetto Corsa Competizione

• F1 25

PitLabs is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

To create and maintain an account, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintain the security of your account password and credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Features

Free Tier

• Limited AI telemetry requests per week.

• Access to basic telemetry analysis features.

• Single sim title support.

Pro Tier

• Monthly subscription billed at $8/month (or €6,89/month, depending on location).

• Unlimited AI telemetry requests.

• Multi-sim access across all supported titles.

• Dynamic setup recommendations and cloud setup library.

• Priority access to new features and engine updates.

4. Billing & Payments

• Payment Processing: All billing, payments, and invoices are processed securely in advance via Stripe.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until explicitly cancelled.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the PitLabs web dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated mid-month refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where explicitly required by applicable mandatory law (such as statutory cooling-off rights for EU consumers where applicable).

• Taxes & Currencies: Subscription prices are billed in USD or EUR. Prices exclude applicable VAT or sales tax unless explicitly stated; Stripe handles location-based tax calculations at checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, rent, or resell your personal account credentials with third parties.

• Sublicense or redistribute PitLabs software.

• Use PitLabs in any official league, esports event, or race where real-time AI assistance or automated telemetry parsing is strictly prohibited by event rules.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application.

• Scrape, automate, or flood requests to the PitLabs API outside normal software operations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate temporary or permanent account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

• PitLabs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, desktop application, AI telemetry models, branding, and proprietary assets.

• You retain full ownership of your personal driver profiles, custom car setups, and telemetry session data.

• Setups, lap traces, or profiles that you explicitly mark as "Public" or "Shared" may appear in the public community library.

7. Service Availability & Infrastructure

We strive for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability. PitLabs relies on third-party service providers and sub-processors, and we are not liable for service outages, degraded performance, or downtime caused by vendors including:

• Anthropic (Claude)

8. Disclaimers

PitLabs is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee or warrant that AI telemetry suggestions, setup adjustments, or strategic recommendations will improve your in-game lap times, eliminate on-track mistakes, prevent penalties, or result in specific competitive outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• PitLabs is not responsible for any in-game outcomes or consequences (such as lost races, irating drops, disqualifications, or league penalties).

• Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of PitLabs is limited to the total amount paid by you to PitLabs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Account Termination & Deletion

By You

You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly through the PitLabs Web Dashboard at pitlabs.app. Upon clicking the account deletion button, your personal profile and account data will be permanently purged within ~30 days, excluding billing records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting compliance.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of These Terms, operational security risks, or system abuse. We will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice for non-urgent administrative actions.

11. Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and protect your information. By using PitLabs, you consent to our data collection and handling practices.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or through the web dashboard at least 30 days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of PitLabs after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Latvia.

• EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, nothing in these Terms waives or limits your statutory consumer protection rights under mandatory local laws.
