These Terms explain how PitLabs works and what you agree to when using it.

PitLabs provides a Windows desktop app and web portal that acts as an AI race engineer for sim racing.

1. What PitLabs Is
PitLabs is subscription software-as-a-service that integrates with sim racing titles using their official telemetry APIs or shared-memory feeds.

Supported titles include:

• Le Mans Ultimate

• iRacing

• Assetto Corsa Competizione

• F1 25

PitLabs is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts
   You must:

• Be at least 16 years old

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your password secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Free Tier

• Limited AI requests per week

• Basic features

• Single sim support

Pro Tier

• Monthly subscription at $[price]/month

• Unlimited AI requests

• All supported sims

• Cloud setup library

• Priority access to new features

Free Trial
Invited beta users may receive a trial (2 weeks or 1 month).
After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Billing

• Billed monthly in advance via Stripe

• Auto-renewing until cancelled

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No mid-month refunds

• Prices exclude VAT for EU customers (handled by Stripe)

• Currency: EUR or USD

Refund Policy
Either:

• No refunds except where required by law, or

• 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers
  (Choose what applies to your deployment.)

5. Acceptable Use
   You may not:

• Share account credentials

• Resell or sublicense PitLabs

• Use PitLabs in any league/race where AI help is prohibited

• Reverse-engineer or decompile the desktop app

• Scrape or automate requests outside normal use

We may suspend accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

• PitLabs owns all software, branding, and proprietary content

• You own your driver profile, setups, and session data

• Setups you mark as “shared” may appear publicly in the community library

7. Service Availability
   We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime.
   We are not liable for outages caused by sub-processors such as:

• Supabase

• Vercel

• Anthropic (Claude)
  or others we use.

8. Disclaimers
   PitLabs is provided “as is.”
   We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve performance, avoid penalties, or produce specific racing outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for in-game consequences (lost races, penalties, etc.)

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

• We do not cover indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination

By You
You may delete your account at any time in the portal.
Your data will be deleted within ~30 days except billing records kept as required by law.

By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms

• Security risks

• Serious abuse (may be immediate)

We will provide notice for non-urgent cases.

    Using PitLabs means you also accept how your data is handled.

12. Changes to These Terms
    We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
    Continued use of PitLabs means you accept the new Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: Latvia

• Disputes handled in the courts of our jurisdiction

• EU consumers: your statutory consumer rights are not waived
